Perhaps it'd be worth considering users having to include their own tags during upload. Slow the pace somewhat and reduce a little of the load on moderators, with the continued bonus that it'd mean it's easier to catch common, unusual or outright stupid tags.

I can't run the risk of seeing a single thing that might not be according to my tastes. There might be things I have not yet been exposed to which might even upset me. A 'No Zombie' button like the furry option here doesn't go far enough. The only possible solution is to discontinue my internet use, throw my television in the trash and refrain from ever viewing a newspaper in the event the headline may be shocking to me.
