Anything that can be perceived as a giant male was filtered. Small men that are nude should really be filtered as that wasn't the original issue, which was this site before Katelyn took it over was completely over-run with giant male content.

Oktober 6/4/2012 9:43:47 PM Rating: 0 If the picture has been edited somehow from the original picture, the system will think it is a new image. It's impossible to know at all times what images are in the database that has 10's of thousands of pictures cataloged, so reposted pictures are bound to happen. It's not really that big of a deal when it does happen, if the link to the other pic is found, and they're both deemed to be around the same quality, we'll delete the new image. If the new image just somehow trumps the old image in quality, then we'll delete the old image and keep the new image for the database. If we never find or take notice of the repost, I don't think it is going to do much to impact the functionality of this site at all. The site is designed to keep 2 identically posted images from appearing in the database, so if 2 of the same images do appear, then something is in fact different about them which is usually easy to identify if viewed side-by-side.

Oktober 5/27/2012 11:29:05 AM Rating: 0 This site has a complex engine built into it and I cannot say why all the features exist the way they do. The time-stamp from the uploads could have something to do with the sites ability to no longer allow duplicate uploads of those exact images from that point on, but only Katelyn could tell you for sure. The majority of the time images will appear within the first 2 pages, and maybe only 10% of the time will any appear on the 3rd page. It is extremely rare that any images will have floated untouched in the queue long enough to appear on pages beyond that. Of course, there are methods for getting ones work noticed if an uploader believes their work is not being seen, simply by commenting on their upload, saying something about the piece and bringing it to the front of the comments section here. They can also add as many relevant tags as they wish, even beyond what the moderation team had added in order for their image to appear in more user searches.

Oktober 5/26/2012 7:37:02 PM Rating: 0 the pictures appear on the page in the order they were uploaded originally, not in the order they were approved by the moderators. All the images go into one queue that is then viewed by the moderation team in random order of 5 images at a time. the 5 pictures then reshuffle with every picture approved or denied, so images will end up being approved at different times than what they were uploaded. Often times as a result images that were uploaded after other images will end up getting approved first, and then appearing first on the pages. As there can be as many as 500+ images in the queue waiting to be moderated, some images may take a while to go through the approval process. Think days to even a week at times when this happens and depending on how quickly new pictures are pouring in. The pictures only seem to move around on the main pages because newer images are appearing both in front of and behind those images from the approval process, but the images themselves are all displayed in the chronological order that they were first uploaded from the users. I hope that clears up some of the confusion a bit. If pictures are appearing on the main page shortly after they are uploaded, it probably just means there are few pictures in the queue at the time, and all the newest uploads are appearing for approval faster.

Still, if others believe that may make it easier to discover and identify unknown manga it could be a useful solution. As for your query regarding the images on the front pages; all the images that are approved will appear on the front page in the order they were uploaded in real-time. Sometimes an image will float around in queue for some time, especially if the queue does not get emptied before additional images are added to it from uploaders. This can in some cases mean that an image will float around for a week or two before finally being approved. When that happens the image can appear on other pages for the first time, since newer images were uploaded first and filled the front page. When you notice new images appearing on other pages, you know it was an image that had been stuck in the queue a while, (as a lot of time there are hundreds of images in the key waiting to be moderated with new images pouring in every day)

Oktober 5/21/2012 4:47:01 PM Rating: 0 Manga is one of the most difficult uploads to tag because there isn't much to go on without a name. It makes it a nightmare for people to search for a specific manga or pieces of a missing manga because the tags are basically all the same for every piece of manga uploaded. If anyone can help out with identifying them when they are in the first few pages on the site, it makes it far easier to categorize them before they get swallowed by the immense archive and become nearly impossible to piece together again. If anyone has any ideas about how to better tag like panels for easier viewing without knowing a manga's name, it would be most appreciated. Both to moderate, and for users searching the database.

I can understand those who are not attracted to them, and your idea for a filter isn't a bad one. However if there were a filter to be made for furries, then why not posers, or drawings, or collages? In order to make a filter like the male filter it would require going through the entire database and marking every single furry image as such in order to identify it for the filter, quite the task. There are a lot of furries flooding the front page right now because the users of the community are on that kind of hype at the moment. We've seen it with collages, vore, insertion, crush, sometimes it just comes in waves when people see something and wish to see more through sharing their own images. If the only people sharing anything are people posting furry, then of course that is what we are going to see new appearing on the front page.

I'm with you on the mulched bit, though I always found if more attractive if it takes her a few firm steps to get them there. Like it was a decision she made to want to want to smush them into nothing beneath her. I'd like to believe that is exactly what Kyrii was doing in the last panel with her words, "Squish, Squish! So long my little canary!" With a close-up on Kyrii's expression rather than seeing her squashing the canary until she's unrecognizable. :p

Katelyn plans on adding this feature at some point, but it's going to be a while as she's going to hold off on coding in new features until after her move, then will most likely overhaul the site all at once, when things have settled down. Be patient with these feature fixes, as they are on the drawing board, but it isn't going to happen quickly just now. They'll be implemented in the future be sure though. :D

Oktober 2/2/2011 12:40:29 PM Rating: 0 Really what it comes down to for both poser and collages is if the work looks dated, as in not up with today's abilities, it's likely not going make the cut. It's the same process for everyone regardless of their status here. I think really what we look for in concerning 3D images, is if the image has been produced as an art piece by itself. That means it's not part of a massive set where the artist barely clicked and dragged the image to make it "different" from the last image. Drawing sets are not even done this way, they're advanced scenes to quickly progress the story, a million images with barely minor changes does not make an interesting story, and we won't add a billion frame story to the site. Out of those sets however we will find exceptional images and be more than happy to add these into the collective as individual art pieces because the scene looks good all on it's own. As it is with 3D guidelines, free or cheap programs probably would take quite the exceptionally gifted artist to produce images in the clarity we like to see. We don't pick on 3D artists, they are just unfortunately the larger part of the pie in the screening process, however collages are nearly as tightly screened as 3D works for what we are looking for. A lot of images from the old archive had made it through screening in the mad rush to get the site online, and I think that creates a lot of confusion as to what we are looking for in this site being something like a giantess image museum rather than a place to dump any and all giantess'ish related images. Slowly we are moving through the image database and refining the images from the old archive that doesn't quite meet the standards we are seeking, hopefully you will be able to tell the difference in overall quality within the database as time progresses.

Unfortunately we don't know who many of the original owner's are other than when they appear within the community, which many of them do. The pictures on this site are collected from all over the internet and we try not to add copyrighted images when we know the owner doesn't want them posted or that they are for sale. Unfortunately as a lot of the picture collection is done by bot in order to have a constant stream of pictures to add and keep bringing people back from the site we don't always know where the pictures came from and cannot contact the owner when the picture does not have that information available on it. We do however try to credit the owner with a tag when their name is on the picture, which is why you can put Squeezemeflat into the search box and discover many of your pictures. If you find any where you don't have a tag, or any other picture that has a creator's name and no tag of it, let us know and we can change it. Likewise we have no problems removing any images of yours you feel you'd like removed. We don't steal pictures here, nor have we any desire to. This is just a community of what we consider to be high-grade works pertaining to giantess fetish, gathered into one place for all to enjoy. That is this site's purpose, we're glad you found it here.
